Please read carefully. By submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) as a stallholder for the event, stallholders are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. Submission of an EOI is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee the allocation of a stall site or inclusion at the event.

Before filling an application form, please note all stall holders must provide proof of current Public Liability Insurance. Click for more information.

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Africultures Festival. Please fill the form below to submit your expression of interest. All questions must be answered. Applications will be accepted until 30 August 2026.

This form covers the following stall categories:

African Market $330 Not-For-Profit $1,100 Government Agency $1,100 Commercial $1,500

Income generated through stall fees and donations is essential to covering the costs of hosting the festival each year, helping to ensure its long-term sustainability and continued positive impact.

Businesses are invited to operate a stall at the 2026 Africultures Festival. Commercial Stalls are defined as business wishing to promote their company, product or brand.

This category is only for Government agencies only. Stalls in this category will be only information based. Sales of small items such as basic promotional material may be allowed with prior approval.

Not-for-Profit stalls are for community and/or volunteer-run organisations only. This category will be only information based. Sales of small items such as basic promotional material may be allowed with prior approval. If you intend to use the stall primarily for sales, you will need to apply for a commercial stall.
