Important — please read carefully before submitting your Expression of Interest.
I understand that:
- I must complete all sections of this EOI form, including any attachments and additional details as required. Incomplete forms will not be considered.
- This EOI does not constitute acceptance. Final approval of performers is at the discretion of the Africultures Festival Committee. I/We will be notified in due course whether I/we have been accepted.
- There will be two performance stages at the festival. Depending on my/our type of performance and main target audience, the organising committee will use their discretion to allocate me/us to either of the two stages.
- It is my/our responsibility to look after my/our equipment and obtain sufficient personal injury and property damage liability insurance. Africultures Festival shall not be liable for any personal injury or equipment damaged or lost during the festival.
- I/We give permission to Africultures Festival to take photos and/or videos of my/our performance. Africultures will seek my/our consent prior to using these photos and/or videos in any of their or their sponsors' marketing or promotional publications.
